Where a Bonus is permissible for withdrawal, the amount withdrawn may be capped in accordance with the offer terms (e.g., a maximum cashout or a cap on winnings derived from the Bonus). When a Bonus is used in conjunction with a withdrawal, the withdrawal may be adjusted to reflect Bonus usage and any remaining Bonus balance may be forfeited.
Opabet maintains a zero tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Irregular Play includes, but is not limited to, multi‑accounting, use of proxies or VPNs, collusion with other players, repeated minimal‑risk betting patterns intended to exploit wagering requirements, depositing solely to obtain a Bonus, or delaying game rounds to keep wagering open. If irregular Play is suspected, Opabet may suspend, void, or confiscate Bonuses and winnings, and may close the relevant accounts. Opabet reserves the right to review transactions and account activity and to take appropriate action, including withholding withdrawals.
Bonuses may be unavailable to players in certain jurisdictions where promotions are restricted. Eligibility is determined by registered country, IP address and device. Opabet may refuse or withdraw a Bonus from a player or group of players for compliance reasons or suspected abuse. Opabet may modify, suspend or terminate any Bonus or its terms at any time without prior notice.
